Approximately 70 laborers, cement finishers, teamsters, pipe fitters, carpenters and sheet metal workers gathered on the corner of Ohio 821 and Seneca Lane in Byesville Monday morning to protest the use of out-of-state workers to construct the Guernsey Power Station.
