CALDWELL — Two Noble County residents are facing drug-related charges following traffic stops by sheriff’s deputies during the course of the past weekend. John Buckey, 36, of Sarahsville, faces one count of methamphetamine, a fifth-degree felony, while a 20-year-old Caldwell man faces one count of possession of drugs, a first-degree misdemeanor.
