CAMBRIDGE —Thomas C. Chappelear, 74, of Cambridge, died Tuesday (August 11, 2020) at his home. He was born March 1, 1946 in Cambridge, son of the late Albert S. Chappelear II and Alice (Clark) Chappelear. Mr. Chappelear was a graduate of Cambridge High School, earned his Bachelor’s degree from West Liberty State College, and earned his Master’s degree from Xavier.
