The case against a Byesville man accused of assaulting a teen-age girl at a village residence last month has been bound over to the Guernsey County Common Pleas Court following a preliminary hearing this month in the Cambridge Municipal Court. Donald E. Sprouse, 35, faces one count of sexual battery, a third-degree felony, for the alleged incident.
