Rocky Hill declares candidacy for sheriff

Robert Rocky F. Hill, of Cambridge, has filed his petition to seek the Republican nomination for the office of Guernsey County Sheriff for the term beginning Jan. 4, 2021. Hill began his full-time career as a law enforcement officer in May 1975, as a deputy sheriff for the Gallia County Sheriff’s Office.
