Guernsey County Retired Teachers recently awarded their 2020 scholarship to Khloe Taylor, daughter of Brian and Lisa Taylor. This one time, $1,500 scholarship is funded through donations of retired teachers in Guernsey County and a generous contribution by Judy Humphrey, former GCRTA president.
