NEW CONCORD — A new officer has joined the New Concord Police Department — one with four legs and a tail. Officer Norco, a K-9 officer with the single purpose of drug detection, has joined the department. He is partnered with Officer Jeff Traub. Norco is a Belgian Malinois and is originally from Serbia.
