Nominations are open for the 2020 Golden Star DSP Awards. This is the second year for the awards, presented by Guernsey County Board of Developmental Disabilities. The Golden Star DSP Awards recognize Guernsey County’s Direct Support Professionals who have provided extraordinary care to the individuals they serve.
