CALDWELL — A grand jury of the Noble County Common Pleas Court recently returned indictments against 17 individuals including 15 secret indictments. The grand jury handed down 28 true bills during the session Monday. Noble County Prosecutor Kelly Riddle presented 20 cases to the jurors resulting in three no bills.
