Authorities arrested a 46-year-old Newcomerstown man for the 2006 unsolved murder of a Sidney, Ohio, woman, according to Tuscarawas County Sheriff Orvis Campbell. Allen Romell Harris of 602 Tuscarawas Ave., Newcomerstown, has been indicted in Shelby County on one count of murder in the June 17, 2006, death of Melinda Shaffer McKinney.
