Newcomerstown hosted Memorial Day observances

NEWCOMERSTOWN — Most communities canceled their Memorial Day observances but the community of Newcomerstown was determined to pay tribute to fallen heroes everywhere with a non-public, social distancing event that still showed a tribute to those who gave their lives to keep us free.
