NEW CONCORD — The 60th annual New Concord Fireman’s Festival will take place July 12-13 in the village. “This year is the 60th festival,” said festival organizer Chris Cocca. “So for the last 60 years, it has been a staple event in our community.” Once again, the festival will feature fireworks on Friday night at dusk (around 10 p.m.).
