A Columbus man convicted of possessing criminal tools was sentenced to 11 months in prison during a hearing Thursday in the Guernsey County Common Pleas Court. Leonard T. Roy, 39, entered a negotiated guilty plea to the fifth-degree felony and was then sentenced to prison with 10 days credit for time served while the case was pending.
