Man accused of vandalizing dentist office waives preliminary hearing

The case against a Cambridge man accused of vandalizing a dentist office on Wheeling Avenue last week was bound over to the Guernsey County Common Pleas Court after the suspect waived his right to a preliminary hearing. Kevin D. Dingus, 32, faces one count of vandalism, a fifth-degree felony, for his alleged actions overnight from June 17 to June 18 when the damage was discovered by employees reporting for work.
