Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine announced Thursday that Dr. Amy Acton was stepping down as director of the Ohio Department of Health and that Lance Himes will take over as interim director.The transition will be immediate, Acton said.Himes has been serving as general counsel for the department, where he has worked for over 15 years.In 2017, Gov.
