Highway patrol releases Christmas holiday report

Provisional statistics released recently show more motorists were killed on Ohio’s roadways this Christmas holiday when compared to the two previous years. During the two-day reporting period Tuesday and Wednesday, 12 people were killed in eight fatal crashes including a Christmas Eve crash on U.S. 40 near Polk’s Scrap Iron and Metal that left a Zanesville man dead.
