Help is available through HEAP for those unable to pay for heating services

GMN Tri-County Community Action administers Emergency HEAP, which is a federally funded program that assists income eligible households whose heating services are disconnected, in threat of disconnection, or have less that a ten-day supply of bulk fuel. The program can also assist clients with deposits for primary and/or secondary heat sources to establish service. The program runs through March 31, 2020.
