On Aug. 9, an emergency meeting of the Guernsey County Jr. Fair Board took place, via zoom. Avery Vasco led the pledge. This meeting was to discuss the plans for the Jr. Fair parade. At this point in time, no activities will be happening inside of the grandstands. Many options were discussed regarding the pros and cons of still hosting the junior fair parade.
