Mike DeWine issued some preliminary guidance Friday for performing arts programs to resume in the wake of COVID-19.Although an official order is still forthcoming, DeWine’s office announced Friday evening that it will say that attendance at indoor venues for performing arts will be capped at 300 people or 15% of capacity, whichever is less.
