Diner owner charged with failing to protect the public during a pandemic

With a group of protesters outside the Cambridge Municipal Court Tuesday morning, local restaurant owner Vicki Brearley entered a not guilty plea to one count of failure to prevent a threat to the public during a pandemic, epidemic or bioterrorism event, a second-degree misdemeanor offense filed by the Cambridge-Guernsey County Health Department.
