Crash leads to felony OVI, other charges against Cambridge man

A Cambridge area man involved in an accident late Friday on Bennett Avenue is facing multiple charges including resisting arrest and a felony offense for allegedly operating a vehicle while under the influence. Guernsey County sheriff’s deputies charged Silas E. Carte, 41, with single counts of felony OVI, resisting arrest, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, aggravated menacing, domestic violence and criminal damaging following his arrest.
