The Guernsey County Highway Department has announced the following road closings. • Crab Orchard Road (Township Road 91) between Titus Road (CR 878) and the Harrison County line from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, April 24 for culvert replacement. • Penrose Road (CR 694) between Blaze Road (Township Road 964) and Merry Road (TR 967) will close at 8 a.m. Monday, April 27 for culvert replacement.
