Portions of Clark Street between Edgeworth Avenue and Steubenville Avenue will be closed to through traffic while the gas distribution system is being upgraded. Through traffic will be detoured around the construction via Highland Ave and Oakland Boulevard. The closing will begin on Monday and is expected to last approximately 2 weeks.
