CIS student council donates to the dog shelter

Cambridge Intermediate Student Council sold candy canes during lunch periods just before the winter break. The students voted to donate the money raised to the Guernsey County Dog Shelter and to purchase playground toys for the school. Over $230 was donated to the shelter and items such as basketballs, footballs, dodge balls and kick balls were purchased, for all the kids at CIS to enjoy.
