James Shaw was presented with a plaque in honor of being selected as the Cambridge Amateur Radio Association’s Outstanding Amateur or Ham of the Year for 2019 at its annual awards banquet held recently at Theo’s Restaurant. Other certificates of achievement were given out that evening, as well.
