Caldwell set to host 43rd Art on the Square

Arts and crafts enthusiasts from Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania will gather this weekend on the square in downtown Caldwell for the 43rd annual Art on the Square. This popular event features painters, wood workers, potters, jewelers, photographers and many more artisans.
