Megan Caldwell was recently awarded $1,000 through the Guernsey County Board of Developmental Disabilities Scholarship. Megan, a recent graduate of Cambridge High School and Mid-East Career and Technology Center’s Digital Media Program, will be attending Kent State University in the fall, where she has been accepted into their Career and Community Studies Program.
