Boyd promoted to staff lieutenant at Cambridge District HQ

COLUMBUS — Lt. William M. Boyd was promoted to the rank of staff lieutenant Monday by Col. Richard S. Fambro, Ohio State Highway patrol superintendent, during a ceremony at the training academy in Columbus. Boyd will transfer from his current assignment as the Zanesville Post commander to serve as an assistant district commander at the Cambridge District Headquarters. Staff Lt.
