Body found in Tappan Lake identified as Zanesville woman

ZANESVILLE — A body found Friday evening at the Tappan Lake Dam has been identified as a 37-year-old Zanesville woman. Harrison County Sheriff Joe Myers confirmed Tuesday that the body found floating near the dam at 6 p.m. Friday has been positively identified as Lorie Storie. It is unclear at this time how Lorie ended up at the lake or the cause of her death. Myers has requested an expedited examination from the Cuyahoga County Coroner’s Office. […]
