Together, Mindy Eltringham, of Shafer Insurance, Karen Boyer, of AVC Communications, and Jennifer Vincent, of GROW (Guernsey County Runners and Walkers Club) organized and collected financial contributions and 840 blankets to warm the hearts of the senior citizens of Guernsey County.
