MASSILLON — Campbell Oil Co., which operates BellStores, has expanded with the purchase of 31 locations from Hartley Co. Campbell will acquire 16 Starfire gasoline and convenience stores, along with 15 dealer-operated locations. The deal gives Campbell 74 locations and more than 1,200 employees in 21 Ohio counties.
