AVC Communications acquires station in Zanesville market

AVC Communications Multimedia Group of Cambridge recently acquired the classic hits station FM 107.3 WYBZ from Y Bridge Broadcasting at the end of May. According to Inside Radio, the deal totaled $1.4 million and gives AVC Communications seven radio stations operating in southeast Ohio along with 96 FM (WCMJ), Classic Hits 93.5 (WBNV), Kickin’ Country KC-105 (WWKC), Classic Rock 92.1 (WBIK), WILE 97.7 FM and Nash Icon 107.9/98.5 FM and 1270 AM.
