Guernsey County 4-H will be represented by 53 members exhibiting 59 non-livestock projects at the Ohio State Fair, July 24-Aug. 4. The 4-H members recently participated in 4-H Still Project Judging at the county level and were selected by a group of project judges to represent Guernsey County in state competition.
