COSHOCTON — The Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office has charged a man with aggravated arson following a recent incident on Elm Street. Paul A. Orr, 36, of Coshocton, faces one count of aggravated arson, a second-degree felony, filed by investigators on Thursday.
