4-H awards presented at fair

The 172nd Guernsey County Fair was the backdrop for the presentation of the 4-H Hall of Fame and Friend of 4-H awards this year. These two 4-H awards are typically handed out at the 4-H Volunteer Banquet in November. This year, 4-H Council decided to try something a little different and award them at the fair.
