Chloe Elyce Williams graduated Dec. 20, 2019, from the University of Kentucky. Chloe received a bachelor of science degree in neuroscience with honors, magna cum laude. Chloe plans to pursue a graduate degree in a physician’s assistant program. Chloe is the daughter of Mark and Maureen Williams, of Zanesville.
