The Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio has sued several companies that manage the Phoenix Golf Links golf course on the South Side for failing to adequately maintain the landfill the course was built on top of. SWACO officials said the companies have failed to adequately run the methane gas collection system in the long-closed Franklin County Model Landfill.
